Contains 24 illustrated plates including a map. Philip Percival was the Curtis' professional hunter. They hunted eland, kongoni, gazelle, wildebeest, and oryx. They give long descriptions of lion hunts. They also hunted buffalo and rhino in Masai territory. The last section of the book, about 70 pages, describes hunting giant sable in Angola. Minor soiling to front cover and spine. Spine a bit age darkened. Previous owner bookplate on front free endpaper, previous bookseller small label on that page as well.
