It's a horror novel mostly set in Calcutta, India and the plot revolves around a secret society dedicated to Kali, the Hindu goddess associated with death and destruction. No previous owner marks - book is bright. Very small bit of soiling to bottom page edges. Dust jacket has its original price of $15.95. Dust jacket is clean and bright with no fading.
