Hardcover, New York: J. O'Kane, 1885. Good+. Folio. Collection of 50 full page black and white plates depicting flowers and grasses. Undated, but special collections libraries which hold this book estimate its printing date as 1885. Binding is Good only, spine is cracked and slit with front cover still attached, but not by much. Title page has a crease and small tears to it and the paper is a bit brittle. All 50 plates are present and are beautiful with no tears or spotting to the art. Previous owner name circa 1885 to both front cover and title page. When this folio was first published, it came with a piece of nice red cloth that could tie the front and back covers closed in a pretty bow, that cloth is mostly gone, only a small piece remains.
