Lithography by Falcon Press in Nashville. The cowhide leather for the binding was imported from Italy by Cortina Leathers of NYC. The custom clamshell case was made by Bindtech in Nashville. Bound in full dark green leather with black and real gold decorations. Marbled endpapers. All page edges gilded. Sewn-in satin bookmark. Comes in a custom clamshell box. This is a truly beautiful book. I bought this book from an Easton Press subscriber who never read it.
