Cover decoration faded, scattered age spotting to text, occasional pencil mark in text. James Inglis lived in British India along the Nepal frontier from 1866-1877 as an indigo planter and sportsman. This book describes hunts after tiger, leopard, pig, jackal, quail, and deer. Inglis also discusses fishing in India as well as planter life, village life, and witchcraft.
