Limited to 2000 copies, this is number 1180. A history of the first 30 years of Texas Technological College. It would become Texas Tech University. Introduction by Edward Newlon Jones who was the President of the college at the time of publication. Author was an English professor at the college. No previous owner marks. Text and photographs clean and bright. Both front and back boards have several spots of discoloration near the bottom. Dust jacket has rub marks to front and back panels. Some red discoloration to the inside of the dust jacket along the bottom edge. There are several small rips and tears along the top edge of the DJ. Dustjacket now protected in Mylar.
