Jesse Core has written his name and date ("April, 1951") on the first free endpaper of the book. He also wrote a quote he ascribes to the book's author about the subject of the book. Bookplate of former owner Jesse Core on front pastedown along with a handwritten quote from Plato. Previous owner wrote occassional notes in pencil in the text. Top page edges foxed.
